((Continued From Walking and Hunting))
Arrowfeather lead the way and she ran into Frog Lake, halting at the very edge of the water. She turned to the new tom cat that appeared earlier before. "Any ideas where she would have gone?" she asked.

Firepelt looked at the tom for answers.

Dawnleaf filed in behind the group and scented a few known herb places nearby, but no scent of any cat from the way the wind was blowing away from the lake. They was a sense of urgency those rose in her, but she didn't know why.
"We should hurry, I don't think she could have come farther than this. I bet she is somewhere nearby looking for you," she said to the tom.

((Wow! You guys posted a bit without me! haha)) The black tom simply followed, silently nodding his thanks. His green eyes scanned the foreign forest and occassionally flickered to the strange cats. He didn't really know what to think about them... they seemed friendly enough but he couldn't help feeling that they were faking it for their own reasons. It worried him. He knew little of these cat groups, but he knew enough to say he didn't trust all of them.
"Thanks for helping me look." He eventually mumbled. His voice was slightly distraught as he glanced around, walking carefully. "I was half lost earlier... the trees... there are so many of them that I honestly can't tell one from the other."
The tom was quiet afterwards and just followed the others. He hadn't introduced himself during all this time. Maybe he was too worried to realize they were maybe wondering what the stranger's name was.

Dawnleaf gave the tom a kind glance and nodded. "It is no problem. Even if you can't trust us, which I wouldn't be surprise if you didn't, at least know I am not one to lie. Even these lumps of fur wouldn't dare go against a medicine cat," she said with a soft purr at the older warriors.
"So at least tell me your name so I can call you something. You should be lucky you came upon us, because if you had come upon any other warrior you would have been mouse meat for sure," Dawnleaf said.
((Opps... Got carried away I guess lol. At least we are posting.))

Arrowfeather dipped on her paws into the icy water barely. A smile twitched on her lips, wondering what it would be like to swim in it all the time....Like IslandClan....She shunned the thought away, for fear of thinking disloyal. She turned to face the group as Dawnleaf asked the tom's name. Arrowfeather watched the group, sitting down.

The black cat paused to look at the pool of water. His reflection looked back, rippling ocassionally. The tom sighed softly at the sight of himself. He wasn't as healthy as he use to be... he was scrawny now; his long fur hid his ribs and spine that would probably be poking out otherwise. Not long ago he was known as a huge, fierce looking cat but now even a kit could laugh at his puny size. It was awful what could happen to a cat.
Finally, he looked to Dawnleaf, a faint, somewhat forced smile on his black features, "I'm Keiogo. Strange name to you, probably." He mentioned the last part casually, yet in a knowing manner.

Arrowfeather padded slowly toward the group. "And I also suppose if you were new to Clan life, Arrowfeather would be a strange name....." she said cooly. She probably sounded a bit unkind, but she was just in one of her moods. "I don't think it would be breaking any Clan rules if you caught yourself something to eat. Technically, you are a rouge and the rules don't apply to you...." she said, eyeing his figure. "And what about your daughter? We would kinda need to know what in Starclan's name she looks like," she said.

"Arrowfeather, that can wait until he eats. I don't want any cat to be starving. Maybe if Keiogo accepts, would you be willing to help him hunt? If Hawkstar has anything to say about it he can say it to me," Dawnleaf said in a gentle tone. "I think we can all use some prey since you two are not on any kind of hunting mission."
She then turned to Keiogo with her glaze. "I find nothing odd about it. It's known for loners that sometime joins another Clan keeps their names that are different than ours," she repiled.

Dawnleaf gave Arrowfeather a polite nod. "I thank you then for at least for the offer to help," she said.

After leaving the herbs in Dawnleaf's den, Sablestripe padded out of the camp again, her mind set on a hunting trip. The Clan needed every scrap of food in leaf-bare. Frog Lake seems a good place to go, she thought to herself. Adjusting her pace to a steady lope, she bounded nimbly through the trees the way only a JungleClan cat could. A quiet rustle was heard, and she slid smoothly into a crouch, quickly pinpointing the position of a vole nibbling on a seed. Leaping into the air, she brought her paws down onto the little animal and took it's life. Frog Lake could be seen up ahead. Sablestripe trotted through the trees and spotted the pelts of Arrowfeather, Dawnleaf, and Firepelt. But she felt a thrill of alarm as she saw an unfamiliar black coat among them. Angrily she darted up to Arrowfeather's side, fur bristling and a snarl rising in her throat.

Dawnleaf was surprise by Sablestripe's appearance all of the sudden. Annoyance at the warrior filled within her and she went right up to her and aimed to bat at her upside the head. "Calm down mouse brain. There is nothing threatening here to attack," she snapped.

Arrowfeather put her tail on her friend's shoulder. "Don't worry, let me explain. Just don't go clawing an innocent rouge...." she said to Sablestripe, her voice at a quiet level. She raised up her paw and stopped the blow(not really a blow, but...) from Dawnleaf. She kept her penetrating amber eyes on her friend. Suddenly, she looked right at Dawnleaf. "You did the exact same thing," she said, a soft smile curling at the edge of her mouth.
((Omg, smooth, ss))
