Wildheart padded back into camp, carrying Wyvernpaw by the scruff. As a young apprentice, she had been exhausted by the long trek around the borders. Still, she had to learn. He dumped her unceremoniously by the fresh-kill pile, dropping the prey she had collected earlier. He took a vole for himself and sat down to watch her, an amused expression on his face.

Egypt's leapard coat shuddered as her muscles undertook a slight shudder. Her mouth opened wide as she emitted a high pitch squeak as well as a yawn. Her light paws padded over to where the fresh kill pile was located and grasped a mouse in-between her jaws. Egypt's eyes scanned the clearing before landing on Wildheart's figure. She padded over there and lied down next to him. "Have fun out there with Wyvernpaw?" Egypt asked with a chuckle as she saw his exhausted form.

Wildheart rolled his eyes. "She's the obvious newbie, no? We barely made it around the mountain." He took a large bite out of his vole.

The leapard printed she-cat listened with a soft chuckle. "Aren't you the nice mentor Wildheart?" Egypt quipped as she likewise sank her teeth into her mouse. Her tail flicked behind her body in an amused manor.

"She'll learn, you'll see. I won't be this easy for long." He mumbled around his mouthful. He swallowed and added, "As the youngest apprentice, I can't blame her for being tired, but I don't intend on letting her get of in the future."

Lunar walked int camp slowly, the small bundle of Chamomile resting gently of her back, tickling her as she walked. She had fallen behind when she was walking back with Egypt, but she didn't mind, solitude had always been easy for her to accept. She sat down near the entrance and began to like off the poulice that had been on her paw. It tasted foul as the reast finally came off, slightly blood stained. She pushed it into a neat pile as she watched Egypt and Wildheart talk. She still felt like an outsider in Clan, even though she had been here even longer than Egypt.

Egypt chuckled again as she finished her mouse. "I wouldn't have expected you to Wildheart." The leapard she-cat mewed to Wildheart. The she-cat stretched backwards, extending her long fore-arms. 'I could use a good run Egypt thought to herself as she glanced unnoticabley to the exit.

Wildheart followed Egypt's gaze to the entrance. "Hiya, Lunar!" He called. "Need something to eat?"

She laid down where she was and replied calmly. "I'm fine." She rolled over gently onto her side as she looked up at the sun, it's blinding light grazing in through the tall evergreen trees. 'We're under the same sky, but I can't seem to find you.' She rolled back up onto her paws, her pelt slightly covered in dusty earth as she gazed vacantly into the sky, the yellow glow reflecting off of her green gaze.

Wyvernpaw woke up with a start. She looked around her, at Egypt, Lunar and Wildheart.
"....... Did I miss something?"

Egypt let out a small smile at Wildheart. I still haven't gotten news yet about me staying, I wonder if that is a good thing or bad... Egypt thought, her mind wandering into a black abyss.
At the same time, a small leaf fluttered across the sky. It's color a dark autumn color, contrasting beautifully against the bright sky. The way the leaf took the turns and almost faught against the winds strong blows made it seem like it was on a mission.
Egypt's eyes still stared straight ahead, wide open, and yet couldn't see anything around her. Only when a sudden slight pressure added to her lower back came did she snap out of her transe like state. The leapard she-cat twisted her head around to glance back at the leaf that lie on her back. It seemed to stare at her. This was odd.

Lunar turned her gaze quickly over to Eqypt, slightly confused about what was happening. "You okay Egypt?" She called as she began to walk over to the leopard print she-cat.

"No need to look so smug about it." Wildheart batted her ear with a paw. "I'll let you off the hook this time, but don't expect me to give you so much slack this time. Be prepared for some real work tomorrow."
