Leafpelt stood and tensed, ready to attack if it was called for. When Lunapelt leapt into the tree, she slunk over to a large root spiking out of the ground. Duskpaw appeared on the rogue's back. Leafpelt dug her claws into the bark and stealthily made her way up the trunk of Lunapelt's tree.

Duskpaw gritted his teeth at the arrogance of this she-cat. StarClan... I don't want to hurt her, but she is setting off my temper.
A blue-gray shape with glittering paws stalked up the tree and leapt onto the branch in front of Lunapelt. Her calm gaze rested upon the rogue, but her form was shimmering, somewhat transparent, visible only to Lunapelt. "I see you're causing quite a ruckus." She glanced amusedly at Duskpaw, who was glaring defiantly at Lunapelt and awaiting her next action, unaware of the almost-transparent ghost cat standing in front of Lunapelt.

"And exactly who are you?" she demanded, obviously not letting her gaurd down with her claws unsheathed, but at the same time she was calm and alert. Was this a warrior of starclan?

The blue-gray she-cat laughed, a soft windchime sound. "I am Riverfur." She sat down, tail twitching. The sunlight shifted in the branches and made her shimmer in the sunlight. Her whsikers twitched happily.

"you want to challenge me too i suppose?" She questioned. She was a young cat, but she was still strong. Now that she wasn't racing around, she could feel the pain from the gashes in her back. She positioned herself on a good spot on the branch where she had full veiw around her and to where it was almost impossible for an ambush or attack without her being able to react quick enough. She tilted her head to one side curiously. "And what clan are you from? Jungleclan? Islandclan? or maybe....." She paused. She had obviously figured it out. Although perhaps not always the sharpest tool in the shed, but she wasn't completely mouse-brained either. ONly one last word escaped her lips.
"Starclan."

Riverfur continued to watch Lunapelt, and her ear twitched gleefully. "Well, there's no way for you to know that for sure." She chuckled warmly.
Duskpaw stared at Lunapelt, and now bewilderment replaced his anger, though he still felt very angrily towards the arrogant she-cat. Puzzled, he wanted to ask who she was talking to, but he knew to keep his mouth shut when Lunapelt said StarClan.

"So you are starclan. I thought i was just going insane." She meowed sarcastically, but it was a more playful form of sarcasm. "And to what do i owe the visit?"

Riverfur nodded kindly to Speckleeyes. How have things been, my friend? Yes, it is a wonderful place to live." She turned to Lunaelt, that amused gleam in her soft blue eyes again. She nodded. "I am, and indeed I see you are confusing them." She nodded amusedly towards Duskpaw and Sablestripe. "You, Lunapelt, I can see because I choose to make myself visible to you. Speckleeyes as well, seeing as how I previously knew him." She smiled. "Well, this continent is called Seraphmoon. StarClan chose cats to come here, and begin four Clans. How you got here is your own business, but I suppose you could call me... a welcome. So, welcome to Seraphmoon. But, I see you've managed to get yourself into trouble already." She flicked her ears towards Duskpaw, Sablestripe, and Leafpelt. "I'm sure one of the Clans would be happy to welcome you if you're kind to them." Riverfur grinned.

Sablestripe frowned, green eyes narrowed. Lunapelt was clearly speaking to an unseen cat -- If it wasn't StarClan, then the loner was clearly insane. She lashed her tail, making the undergrowth crackle.

"I've been with a clan once before. I didn't exactly like it." She frowned. "Most clan cats are too stuck up. And i don't know that i'd like kits jumping on my tail every time i went to bask in the sunlight."

Riverfur laughed, her whiskers twitching. "Well, I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with the Clan. Not all are the same, remember that. And kits are a joy t behold; remember that outside of a Clan you will never get to mentor an apprentice, share tongues with your Clanmates, travel to Four Rocks to a Gathering, or just plain bask in the elation of being with your true family. I must leave, for I cannot stay too long, but keep my words in your thoughts." She flicked her tail gently over Lunapelt's nose, like a breeze, and turned, fading away with the wind.
Duskpaw confusedly stared at Lunapelt, shifting his gaze to Speckleeyes. "Who were you talking to?" He asked puzzledly.

"Riverfur." She answered dryly. "Of starclan."

Duskpaw twitched an ear. He didn't really believe her, but she was calm, and that was what mattered. He sighed. "So... what to do now?" He wondered aloud.

Lunapelt wondered why goldpaw didn't seem to believe her. There was no way she could've known about riverfur unless it was true. She certainly hadn't found out from anyone. She licked a paw quickly before jumping down from the tree. "Do what you want. Im gonna hunt somemore." She meowed. Frankly, she didn't care too much about these clan cats.

"Hold it just a moment," Duskpaw meowed, jumping down and following her. "This is Clan territory, and we don't have enough fresh-kill to give around to anyone who comes. However, I do know of a place where rogues are welcome. It's called... DarkClan from what I have heard. It is south of here, near Penbrook."
