Back From Training

[Lunar]

Lunar looked from Brighteyes to Rainstar, her bright green eyes gleaming with pride and happiness. 'Brighteyes is allowing me to be her apprentice! I can't believe it!' She thought happily, then began to think a bit more. "Brighteyes, before I receive my full Clan name, I think I should earn it first, as all apprentices do." Lunar explained as she looked at the medicine cat with high regard. "If that's ok with you Brighteyes."

[Sable]

Brighteyes considered this. "You have trained as a warrior apprentice," she reminded Lunar. "You were trained right alongside with Goldstripe."

[Lunar]

Lunar flicked her ear for moment, considering that fact that she had trained with Goldstripe. "Be that as it may, I still have much to learn to become a medicine cat." She commented, her dusty gray tail wrapping itself gently around her paws.

[Sable]

"Very well." Brighteyes smiled briefly before her mouth split in a huge yawn. "Forgive me," she murmured. "I'm afraid Rainstar's concerns are more important than my sleep." She sent a teasing glance in the leader's direction before adding, "Wake me when it's completely dark, please." She turned and settled into the back of her den, where her nest was.

[Honorable Riri]

Bengalkit bowed her head in mock shame, but it looked real. "I know, Amberpelt, I'll never do it again." She gave her her best cute eyes and promised. She purred, "Let's do something together, Amberpelt! Maybe have a hopping contest or something! Puhlease???"

[Sable]

"Of course you won't," Amberpelt muttered, knowing full well that the kit would forget what she just said in a few heartbeats. She looked down at the small kit. "A hopping contest?" she teased. "We're cats, not frogs."

[Lunar]

Rainstar resisted the impulse to roll her eyes playfully, the atmosphere felt lighter in the den, silent burdens finally lifted. "Certainly Brighteyes." She grinned as she motioned for Lunar to follow her out of the den. Lunar followed out behind her, casting a glance back at the den, her green eyes gleaming, not a edge of uncertainty. Her gray tail hovered around happily as she grinned at Rainstar. "Since you're that happy, you can go and help Amberpelt with Bengalkit." Rainstar hummed quietly to Lunar the two proceeded to the center of the camp. "I'll see what I can do." Lunar whispered back as they paused in the center of camp, Rainstar looked down at the she-cat, her own mind questioning if there was further meaning to why Lunar had chosen what she did. "Lunar, it's somewhat strange to think that you came to us here as a kittypet who fell over a waterfall, wandering somewhat aimlessly til Wildheart found you, but I can see now that you are a clan cat that will not sway at her loyalty and duty towards her clan. And I hope you will continue this as you go through your training with Brighteyes." Rainstar's voice was meaningful yet serious, and Lunar knew that she would hold those words closely throughout her life as she gave a nod. "Thank you Rainstar." She spoke quickly as she turned and started to walk over to Ambepelt and Bengalkit, then Rainstar said one more thing. "I'm going to Creepy Cave to see what the problem is, if anyone asks tell them that's where I went." Then she ran out of camp her spotted pelt a blur.

[Lunar]

Lunar walked over the rest of the way to Amberpelt after Rainstar left, her gray pelt somewhat poofy as a shred of wind past over her. "Hey Amberpelt, anything I can help you with?" She asked hopefully as she turned her head politely towards Bengalkit. "Hi Bengalkit."

[Honorable Riri]

Bengalkit scowled at Amberpelt and shifted her gaze towards Lunar. "Hiya!" She mewed, her happy mew very energetic. "Wanna play somefin?" She mewed. "Amberpelt won't play with me because she thinks that I think that cats are frogs. But they aren't! They're cats. We can still have a hopping contest, though! But only if you want to, Lunar." She mewed, manners taking over. It seemed as if Bengalkit would only be nice to Lunar.

[Lunar]

Lunar grinned at the kit's engerness, though she knew he was probably a handful for Amberpelt occasionally. "It's alright with, but Bengalkit, we pounce not hop." She grinned as she playfully sprung into the air and landed silently on swift gray feet.

[Sable]

Amberpelt nodded with a smile. "Lunar speaks with wise words." She watched Lunar's jump. "You've still got a bit to learn, apprentice," she teased. Standing, she rocked back on her powerfully muscled haunches and rocketed into the air, clawing at an invisible foe before landing in a crouch a whiskerlength away from Bengalkit.

[Lunar]

Lunar's jaw dropped in admiration, Amberpelt was really good at this. "Amberpelt speaks much wiser words." She grinned, though she ment it honestly.

[Honorable Riri]

Bengalkit rolled her eyes. "And I speak the wisest of words." She jumped as high as she could, but that was only to Amberpelt's face. "Heh..." She whispered. Bengalkit nervously shuffled her paws. "Can we do something else? Something I can win?" She mewed hopefully.

[Sable]

Amberpelt put on a surprised expression. "Something you can win? Why, isn't that what this game was supposed to be?" She shook her head as if in disappointment. "How soft this generation is turning out to be!"

[Honorable Riri]

Bengalkit playfully fluffed out her fur. "Watch out, Amberpelt! Anything can happen when I take the stage!" She hissed and jumped on Amberpelt's back, clinging to her. "Whee! This is fun! I, uh, mean...GR!":
