Returning to the Camp

"You suggested it," Snowpaw said. "I don't trust them personally, but something tells me that they wouldn't lie."

"Well, I did get a sign from StarClan to beware the dark ones, and if one of the planners is your brother, I'm pretty sure these aen't the cats StarClan were talking about." She opened her eyes, excitement apparent at her being so involved in anything like this. "I know my vote might not count, but I think we should trust them."}

Lunar smiled briefly at Goldpaw, then looked back at Snowpaw before walking away from the three cats. "Snowpaw, we said we'd meet back up with the others, who do you suppose should come with us?" she questioned the apprentice. "We should bring about three to four warriors. You and Goldpaw should also go as well."

[Dragon]

"I cannot say, that is Rainstar's call," Snowpaw said.

[Bluestar]

Frosteye was speechless.She could not find any words to say.

[Lunar]

She took a quick glance at Frosteye then looked back at Snowpaw. "I suppose you're right. I need to go talk to Rainstar real quick about something then I'll go. So I guess you should come with me to tell her what you know and need to do." she flicked her tail at goldpaw a nd Snowpaw for them to follow.

_{Goldpaw followed Lunar, gulping. She wondered what Rainstar would think. She already knew she and Lunar weren't on the best of terms with the leader. Would this make it worse?}

Brighteyes looked to Rainstar, "DarkClan... are you going to go face them?" She asked her leader calmly. "We can't just leave that kit in their paws..." She trailed on and sighed. It was a scary thing to have a kit stolen from such a dark band of cats, but they just had to go and fight it... they had too...

Frosteye stayed behind,hoping to be able to go with Rainstar to get the missing cats back from DarkClan.

Goldpaw's gaze rested on Snowpaw. She felt herself blush underneath her fur and looked away. There was something about him that made her feel warm inside.</sub>

Snowpaw felt Goldpaw's gaze on him, but he didn't look. His focus was on Rainstar since they needed to leave now. The other Clans would surely be there by the time Rainstar finally made up her mind. "We must leave... The others will be waiting," he said.

Lunar gazed up at her leader and sighed. "Rainstar, I know that my opinion does not matter, but if we don't leave now we might lose DarkClan altogether. Also, if we don't leave now I might run off and try to tackle DarkClan on my own and probably kill myself in the act." she stated bluntly. Her gaze then adverted the she-cat's as she walked away she remembered one more important thing she overlooked. "Anyways, Wildheart already went to go get JungleClan and I won't let him stay out there alone. He cared enough to bring me to MountainClan and I want to honor his care by following him into battle." her eyes held a strong and caring look, even though no one could see it with her back turned.

_{Goldpaw let out a tiny sigh, not audible to anyone but her. She trottede over to where Lunar sat, and listened to her speak. If it so happened that anyone should challenge this, she would speak up in defense of her friend... But how much would a new apprentice, not even Clanborn, cat's oinion be worth? She wondered this as she awaited Rainstar's reply.}

Brighteyes frowned. "If there is a chance DarkClan is moving farther away... the Clan should act quickly to catch them and bring back the kit." She looked to Lunar and could hear the sincerity in the she-cat's voice. The Medicine cat looked to Rainstar.
