One-ear walked over to Jadestar and looked over at Leafsong for a moment confused about why Coonstar had come to her. "Jadestar if you don't mind I want to go over with a group from IslandClan and get the kits back." she asked her leader standing firmly and patiently for an answer.

_{Midnight staed in disbelief at Jaquar before he spoke. "Stone... she rushed me. I hate that. I do know," He said with a sympathetic tone, "And yet I can't let you tell her here and now. I think I know where she is, and I'll go with you if you want to talk to her." I can't believe we can relate... Muted wouldn't even let me speak to Mariah or Silver while I was there. I'd like to give her a piece of my mind, but I really can't. But he felt a pinprick of agitation at the fact that if he attacked Jaquar, the kits may be harmed. But if they could get there fast enough... He's bluffing, I know it, Thought Midnight. But I can relate... Oh, StarClan, what should I do?}

Snowpaw couldn't watch a loner be attacked by the strange tom and rushed at him, leaving his Clan behind. He knew that if the tom could be taken down at least they can save the kits faster. "Arg!" he cried out as he aimed to jump on Jaquar's back. He could feel StarClan by his side, helping him with the battle.

He rolled over as the apprentice lunged out at him. He let his paws catch him and his claws sink into his pelt. Jaquar rolled back up so that the apprentice was caught underneath his paws. "By StarClan you dumb apprentice! I try to have a civilized conversation and I get attacked by you!" Jaquar hiss as he let the apprentice go.

"Please, don't harm him," Midnight said quickly. "He didn't hurt anyone... yet. What was your name again?" He looked questioningly at Jaquar. It'd be a more decent conversation if they knew each other's names, at least. "I'm Midnight, by the way," He added.

[Lunar]

"My name is Jaquar, I'm not so sure if I could call it a pleasure to meet you." he said looking back at the tom. "You don't look like you really trust me, do you Midnight?" he said looking at the tom even harder. He looked at the apprentice for a moment and tensed hoping he wouldn't attack him again.

_{"Jaquar, I trust you a little. At least you had the decency to speak to me, and tell me your name. Whatever happens, at leasy you dod that." He gave a slamm nod, but his gaze returned to the DarkClan warrior in front of him.}

"Well, I'm glad that you trust me at all. You have a lot more decency yourself for being a rouge." he said plainly as he flicked his tail back and forth.

'I hope he went here first because I don't feel like going eveywhere tonight to find him.' Lunar thought as she searched around the Four rocks for her brother. She could hear some cats talking as she walked a bit ways out. She could see Jaquar and two other cats there as well.

_{Midnight began to bristle at the mention of being a rogue but made his fur lie flat. Now was not the time. "I'm a loner," He said, "That back there.. oh, why am I telling you this?" He felt like he had been doing the right thing but wasn't sure. The jet tom cast a glance to Lunar, and wondered who she was.}

Snowpaw stopped after Midnight defended him to listen to what the rouge had to say. He noticed Lunar and wondered at what she was doing here. Even he wasn't suppose to be here. He looked between Midnight and Jaquar. "Well I know I don't trust you. You rouges are all alike," he said.

"Don't compare or make judgments before you even know what you're talking about." he hissed at the apprentice. He looked over towards Lunar and hung his head in a shameful and fearful way.

"Jaquar what are you doing here? Why'd you steal a kit?" she pounded down with these questions like a hail storm. "I thought you were better than this!" she hissed as she ran up and slapped him with hard with her paw. Jaquar tumbled back at the force of the swipe. "Snowpaw, can you please go back to camp? I think Goldpaw might be wondering where you are." she calmly asked the apprentice.

_{Midnight glared briefly at the apprentice but knew better than to start a fight. "As I just said, I'm a loner. I'm friendly to Clans. Though I'd be worried too if strangers came into the territory suddenly," He added consciously. He turned back to Jaquar, and stared at Lunar, seeing the similarity. He nodded slowly. "He may have changed his ways," The jet tom mumbled to Lunar. "But once you're in, you're in, and cruel as that sounds, DarkClan'll enforcce it. Though there are ways out. Run away, change your name. I was always a wanderer, couldn't stay in one place too long, and Muted knows that. But she'll be wondering where you are. Will... Will you help us?" He hesitated briefly. "A kit that is somewhat... close to me has been taken."}

[Lunar]

"I can't leave DarkClan. There are certain reasons that still keep me there. Also I wouldn't run away like a coward just to escape." Jaquar said slowly, while getting back up on his paws. "I disapproved of taking the kits in the first place, but what kit are you looking for and why would any of the kits we took interest you?" he said speaking to the tom, but he walked towards his sister his gaze fixed on her deeply. "If you want to claw my ears off wait till later when everyone's gone." he spoke softly into her ear.

She looked into her brother's deep green gaze, it was softer than the last time she saw him. "Midnight, what does this kit look like?" she said turning her gaze towards toward Midnight. "Fine, but you have to tell me what is going on in the first place." she spoke back into his ear.

"I can't leave you Lunar. I will stay by your side unless you choose not to come back to the Clan. It is the Clan code to help others even if you can't trust a cat, but I will respect him and not attack for now," Snowpaw said. He would stay and see what he could do, but he knew he would be in trouble once his leader finds out he is gone. But his heart told him to stay.

Wildheart tiredly pushed his way through the bushes. He had been surprised that Lunar's scent lead to the Four Rocks, but he'd followed it all the time. He flicked an ear, scattering a few drops of blood from a cut where a bramble had caught the skin. "In the name of StarClan," he muttered, "Lunar, first you join MountainClan, then you run off before you've been a member for one night. What--" he broke off as he noticed Snowpaw and two other strangers. The fur along his spine shot up, despite his futile efforts to stay calm.
