The jet-black tom swung his head from side to side, listening for any sounds of OceanClan, or any rogues. Looking around, the scarlet red of deathberries caught his eye. Shuddering, Midnight looked elsewhere. Noting that herbs seemed plentiful, he trotted over to a patch of horsetail and plucked a few of the tall stems from the ground. Glancing to his left, he noticed some feverfew and gathered some of that as well. Sitting down by a tree, he relaxed a little in the warm sunshine streaming through the trees.

Shadeheart followed Midnight, wearyer then ever. She swung her head to the right at the sound of the bushed rusteling. Just then a swallow flew up into the sky with a chorus of chirps. Shadeheart jumped sideways with her fur all fluffed up. Shadeheart accidentaly ran right into Midnight. Under her white fur, there was a pink tint that had appeared. "Sorry" she apologized in a whisper while looking at her paws. |

Leafsong walked in a different direction,and saw a some deathberries.A cold wind blew past,and suddenly Leafsong saw the faint shape of Coonstar."Beware....." Coonstar meowed before he faded away.

Midnight closed his eyes for a moment. He felt a chill wind and shivered, but nothing more. He remembered his ominous premonition. They'll strike soon... I don't know who or what they are but they will...Wondering where Leafsong was, he waited for her, resting under the same tree.

Leafsong rushed towards Midnight."Something bad is going to happen soon!" she meowed worriedly.

Midnight felt uneasy as he heard the very words he himself had been thinking from Leafsong. A chill ran down the length of his spine and he felt his fur stand on end a little. "I... I had a premonition before we got here," Midnight said a little rigidly. "I got a bad feeling about... I'm not sure exactly what but I just knew something bad was going to happen..." He shuddered as he wondered what could be bad enough that in addition to Leafsong he knew something bad would happen, but still he had no clue what shape or form it might take.

Shadeheart suddenly snapped back into reality. "Wait, there's something bad going to happen?" Shadestars fur suddenly poofed out and she was looking around in worried glanced. Nothing was going to get through that big white puff ball.

Leafsong quickly collected a few more herbs,then meowed to Midnight and Shadeheart "Let's get back to camp now!"

Midnight nodded hastily. Retrieving the earlier hebs and some goldenrod for good measure he trotted after Leafsong. I wonder what kind of trouble it'll be...

Leafsong ran quickly to the river bank,then waded into the water.

Following Leafsong, Midnight waded chest-deep. The icy water gripped at his heart, but that wasn't the only thing. These prophecies bothered Midnight; he hadn't taken part in a Clan's prophecy for a long time...

Following Leafsong closely, Midnight shivered. A chill breeze had swept across his jet pelt, ruffling the fur. Ignoring it, he padded on in thought. What... could... He was naturally laid back, so this kind of thing worried him deeply.
