Underground

[Lunar]

Blackwish pulled himself up onto the shore, shaking his dark pelt free of the cool ocean water. He had pulled up onto shore near where Blackpatch had died, though he had not intended to. He walked somewhat catiously up to the spot, the rain had washed away some of the blood but death was still apparent there. He placed his nose gently against the ground and looked up to the sky his heart not as heavy as he had expected.

He turned around leaving the spot and looked back out towards the sea, waiting for Crestpaw patiently. He sat down and curled his black tail around his paws delicately and purred happily as the warm ocean breeze flowed across him.

Crestpaw leaped onto the shore, shaking out her fur in a vigerious motion. She looked at Blackwish, who seemed to be taking a break. The apprentice gave her fur a quick lick, then nudged Blackwish. " So are you going to tell me where we are going?" she asked in her clam voice.

[Lunar]

Blackwish beamed with the fact that she had decided to come along, even considering the envents that had happened earlier. "It's really cool, just follow me!" He spoke in a giddy, more like an apprentice than a warrior voice, as he flicked his tail and in the direction in which to follow as he seemed to prance ahead like a black deer.

Crestpaw took a step forward, then one back. A look of mock fear apered on her face. " Wow. If you always get this happy, I might have to stop asking questions." she meowed monatonly.

[Honorable Riri]

Skyheart followed the long, narrow path to Big Claw Island and made it across the cool water safely. She could still smell their scent. She followed it to the entrance of a underground path, and then it went away. "Well, this is a problem. My instincts aren't that good...so I either die or come out injured. She sighed and entered the path with a heavy heart and doubt filling her mind.

[Lunar]

((Skyheart, we haven't gone underground yet.))

Blackwish paused slightly ashamed of how hyper he had started acting, and the fact that he could hear someone else's voice. "Crestpaw, I think someone's following us." He swivled his head and ears as he locked into the sound, confirming his suspicion before speaking again. "I think we should keep moving, the shaft isn't too far from here."

Crestpaw sighed at Blackwish's comment. ' Skyheart.... Man. I should have seen that comming.' The apprentice looked over to Blackwish. " Ok." she said.

((oops, well she is going the wrong way and will find herself somewhere else.))

Skyheart followed the Underground tunnel of Big Claw Island and sighed. Her instincts were leading her to another place...but she did'nt know where. She looked around...blackness.

[Sable]

"Skyheart?" Ringtail scrambled onto the sandy beach, his leaf-bare-thick pelt dripping water. He looked around but didn't see any cat. "Crestpaw? Blackwish?" Glancing behind him, he realized he'd lost track of Leppord as well. Sighing, his yellow-green eyes scoured the beach for any sign of pawprints.[/color]

Blackwish stiffened for a moment as he heard more voices rise to his observant ears, his heart pounding in his chest for a moment before he spoke. "Come on, quickly please." He somewhat begged as he started to swiftly run, his paws seeming to barely graze the ground as the slight sound, that only if focused closely, of water running under paw. He looked up and stopped the edge of a small shaft-like cavern, the smell of fresh water flooding his senses. He smiled proudly and paused for a moment as he gave a silent prayer to Starclan, thanking them for guiding his paws once again. "We're here." He spoke affirmatively with a slight shake of his black head.

Crestpaw noticed the voices too, but already knew that one of them was Skyheart. She swiftly followed Blackwish as he picked up speed, then stopped at a shaft/cavern/thing that Crestpaw couldn't identify. " Are we going in there?" she asked.


Leppord followed the sent of the cat that had leading her onto a beach then sighed when she couldn't find her. " Great. I can't just go back to the camp. Everyone will attack me!" she meowed angrely. She moaned then floped onto the soft sand and curled up for a quick nap.

[Honorable Riri]

Skyheart padded faster through the dark tunnel and found herself in front of Ringtail. "Hi." She mewed with fristration. She sat down on the beach and stared at the ocean. So you came in from THAT side..." She mewed pointing to a big tree. "While I came in on THAT side." She mewed, pointing to a shore. "I'm on the other side on the island!

[Lunar]

Blackwish chuckled and grin, a joke he shared alone about the shaft that he enjoyed greatly. "Yes, but I just hope you're willing to swim some more, and be able to hold your breath long enough." He rolled his shoulders and stretched as he said this, then walked down in to the darkness, eyes glinting like wildfire.

Crestpaw paused and thought about it. No, she didn't mind swimming, and she could hold her breath for a while. Huh, Blackwish made this sound too easy for her. " Hn." was her response as she followed the warrior into the dark shaft.

[Lunar]

"Don't get lost, there are a lot of channels, land based and water. You can lose your way really easily." Blackwish warned her as he felt the cool brush of water touching his paws. "Ready?"
