(They are is Snowpaw and Goldpaw is lol.) "It's still some ways yet, but with the rain, we might be able to catch up to them. The kits in the rain will slow them down, unless they plan to kill them, but if they did, they wouldn't have gone all thought this trouble to move camp," Scar said reassuring the OceanClan leader. Moonkit doggedly followed Softkit. "C'mon," She said cheerily, "Life isn't that bad. It gets better as we go."
The movement of Kia and Keiogo caught Silver's attention. She had worried that she may need to give Kia something to relax the she-cat, but she had seemed basically alright. She wondered what they were doing, but simply watched instead of asking.
Mariah glared at the soil furiously.
Midnight followed Scar, putting together the puzzle in his jet head. Scar spoke of a better life for her Clan, and obviously DarkClan is about to get a change in leadership. Scar would make a good leader... maybe a bit rash, but a good leader. I wonder how Silver'll do here...? Mariah? The thoughts of his loved ones in danger made his heart pang with worry.
Goldpaw retained pace with Snowpaw, glaring up at the gray rainclouds sullenly.
Jadestar glanced at Scar as the older she-cat spoke. She was glad to finally be getting closer to sinking her claws into the flea-bitten cats who would dare take kits. Kits were the very future of the Clan, and thus the most important.
((It's times like these I truly realize I have too many characters xD))

((Aruuuug~ x___X This is why I hate coming back from missing a few days at the forum. I always come back to it being so far ahead, my head explodes. -stresssssssssmonster- I was going to plan something out, but you all have gone so far ahead, I don't know if I can do that anymore D: -sigh- I guess I can make something new up, since I wanted Muted to go back to the barn camp and meet all the clans there. Maybe I shouldn't miss days at the forum....))
Muted then lead everyone to a large open area. Off to the side, was a place covered by branches and weeds. It was then protected by thick layers of thorn bushes. She sighed to herself when she stepped onto the rocky ground. They were here, and she had things to do. Then she noticed that Silver had somehow showed up. Where was she this whole time? I know she didn't come this way with us, I would have noticed.... Muted then walked up to Thorn.
"Thorn I want you to watch things, I'm going to scout the area, by myself." Muted didn't want the last part to sound odd, she hoped it didn't. So she added to it. "Everyone is probably too tired to do a patrol, so let them rest. I'll be fine on my own." With that she left the new camp, back in the direction they came in.
Copperkit slowly walked into the camp, it felt a lot different than that Twoleg barn. More like home. Choosing a corner in the branch den, he layed down. His paw hurt too much to go walking around for an escape route now. Maybe later. [/size]

Thorn nodded without saying anything; he wasn't one to question his leader's orders. The Second hopped onto a large boulder, wrapped his tail around his feet and positioning himself so that he could easily see every cat -- especially the ones he didn't trust.

Lunar had begun to edge away from the rest of the Clans. She longed to stand beside and truly be called a Clan cat but that would have to wait. She ran further ahead, her paws lightly touching the earth her eyes turned over to Snowpaw and Goldpaw. She could see how they reacted to the others touch and how they looked and talked to each other. They had something that Lunar could never fully grasp, and she wondered if she would ever have someone she could look at and feel that way.
Jaquar glared at Thorn for a moment, just for the heck of it, before turning over to Stone and watching her with careful eyes. He prayed that her kitting would go well and that she would would have strong healty kits. He padded slowly anf walked out to where Muted had gone, in sone ways he would protect his leader if danger came upon them for that was his way, to keep ones word, but right now it seemed impossible. He padded slowly behind her before he reached his leader's side.
Blackpaw walked behind Lunar in the shadows, he was concerned for the she-cat's well being as well as he could sense that she was in a stressed state of mind. His black pelt blended into the background and his muscles rippled slightly, he wondered how she felt about not being clanborn and what sort of struggle she went through to see herself worthy.

Stone padded onward, as soon as she spotted the lean-to of a den, she darted foreward, despite her aching muscles and the tiredness that ached at her muscles. She felt the weeds beneath her paw and sighed. She had made it, wow. She instantly cringed and ran to a place where the branches hid it's contents from view. "Perfect." Stone growled and took of running toward it. She lay herself down, and began the long process of birthing her kits. wow, the miricale of birth kind of sucks Stone thought as she let out a loud pain filled yowl.

Moonkit hurried after Softkit. "Because you're my friend, and I won't abandon my friends," She said simply.
Silver watched Stone enter a den, and followed her, picking a poppy flower along the way for its seeds. She sat by Stone as she birthed her kits. She shook out a couple of the crimson poppy's seeds next to Stone's head. "Eat these, they'll make the pain easier." She wished she could do more, but if she stopped the natural bleeding, the kitd wouldn't come out, and then the queen would really be in trouble. She watched as one kit emerged, and quickly sliced the umbilical chord, bringing the kit to Stone so she could instinctively groom the kit to begin its breathing. Everything's good so far, Silver thought with relief. ((I'm going to be a vet when I'm an adult, so I need to get used to describing what happens, sorry if it grosses anyone out >.<))
Mariah watched Stone enter the den and trailed behind Silver, watching as the first tiny kit emerged. She dearly loved kits, but did not intervene. The Clan's healer had it under control.
Midnight watched the sky sullenly, melancholy feelings in his heart. The rain pounded like a hammer into his soul, the thought that he may have to face Silver or Mariah in battle. The thought wrenched his stomach; he did not wish to fight, and possibly bring harm to, his beloved ones, what few were left. He glanced at Goldpaw, his Goddaughter.
Goldpaw held up well, a flame still alight in her soul at the thought of finding the stolen kits.
Jadestar scented something odd, and glared into the abyss ahead of her paws, which left slight depressions in the ground as the rain swelled up the muddy ground. She still trudged beside Scar, wondering when they'd finally reach their destination, though the marred she-cat had already said that they were close.

Stone gritted her teeth witha final push, and a kit emerged. Stone rasped her tounge over the gray and white kit hurridly, as the next kit was coming. She edged her kit toward her stomach, so the little she-kit could nurse. Her mouth quickly ate up the crimson poppy seeds. She clenched up as another kit emerged into the warm world. She smiled down upon the brown, tan, and white kit. This process repeated two more times, ending up with four healthy kits and an out of breath mother. "Thank you Silver." Stone meowed weakly

Jaquar turned as he heard the soft mewls of kits and the yowl from his mate. "Stone!" his insticts and worried overcame him as he ran towards the soft sounds. He ran in franticly, heart beating out of his chest his breath slow and heavy. As he saw the kits and Stone, and that they were safe he relaxed a little, very little. He grinned only like a new father would as he gave his mate an affectionate lick on her forehead. "Stone, they're beautiful." he said softly. "Thank you Silver, for helping." he said quickly.

Stone smiled at Jaguar. "Yes, yes they are aren't they?" Stone asked a retorical question. Her peircing dark gray eyes looked up at Jaguar. "What shall we name them?" Stone looked down again and rasped her tounge over each of them again, attempting to re-fluff up their fur.

Hopping down from his perch, Thorn padded over to the kits, giving them each a nudge of his large paw and herding them towards the hollow where Stone rested. "Excuse me," he grunted as he poked his head inside. "Stone or Silver, keep an eye on these ones, please." He gestured towards the small cats at his feet. His dark gaze flicked to Jaquar. "I know this is all very touching and all, but round up a hunting party as soon as you can. We'll need food if this is to be our new camp." The Second ducked out of the hollow and returned to his seat.

Moonkit had no choice but to be nudged by Thorn, but she gasped aloud when she saw the kits. "They're so tiny and pretty," Moonkit said, looking to Stone. "So, these are those kits that were in your tummy?"
Silver nodded briefly to the two mates. She chuckled warmly at the prospect of kits in the Clan. Maybe Mariah will mentor one of them, maybe even I could train one as a healer apprentice... Her gaze drifted to the brown, tan, and white kit. The word Drake formed itself in her head; maybe she should tell Stone and Jaquar. He already looked a worthy apprentice. She shook her mind. That was foolishness, to be thinking about mentoring, when she herself should not have been Healer due to her age. But she ignored the nagging thoughts of mentoring. Her tail twitched with joy. She nodded to Thorn and glanced at the kits now in the den. "I've got a close eye on you," She teased.

Seeing his new-found friends being herded away by Thorn, Pharaoh followed. He nearly ran into Moonkit. He gasped and looked over her shoulder. "Who are they?" he breathed. He looked at Stone. "Are they your babies?" (( XD I can just see Pharaoh going, "Where do babies come from?" right then and there. ))

Stone turned to see the intrusion of kits. Thank you Thorn she thought sarcastically. Stone adressed Moonkit first. "Yes, these were the kits in my tummy. Except, now, they're not." Stone let out a slight laugh. Her eyes flicked to Pharaoh, the oldest of the real Darkclan kits. "Yes, they're my baby's, though I don't know their names yet, for I have yet to assign them one." Stone explained, looking down and admiring her kits.
Egypt, who had seen Thorn push the other kits in their makeshift nusery, got upset. If Stone had just had kits, she was in no mood to deal with more. Egypt walked over to the entrance and padded in, nodding in respect to the queen. "Now come on kits, we don't want to bother Egypt, we can go play outside for now. Out of Thorn's way of course." Egpyt padded out of the den, and looked back to make sure the kits were following.

Pharaoh tore his glance away from the newborns as his mother entered. His ears drooped since he'd wanted to see the babies a bit longer, but he brightened when he realized they'd have more room to play outside. He bounded after his mother, giving Moonkit a Come on! nudge.
