Dawnleaf had left the camp soon after talking with Hawkstar. She needed time to think and it would be a good chance to gather some marigold in case of a fight. She felt that the time to fight would come soon.

Bearspot did the same as Sunrise, keeping a sharp eye and renewing the scent borders. The brown cat flicked his tail in greeting to Dawnleaf, mutterting in a low town a hello.

Talonclaw,who was at the other side of the border,had just spotted a thrush on a tree.Seeing no other way to catch it,Talonclaw scaled the tree silently,and when he was just a few mouse lengths away from the thrush,he sprang at it.The thrush did not see Talonclaw until he jumped,but it was too late to escape.

Dawnleaf was lost in her thoughts again about what Hawkstar said. There was nothing to do but wait. The loners had left so there isn't any cat that isn't of JungleClan in their terriotory, but something in her fur made her worry even more. Since it isn't a betrayl, it could mean something a lot wrose than she feared. Dawnleaf hasn't been a medicine cat for long, but she had a feeling that this propecy is meant for all the Clans. |

Dawnleaf didn't feel like bothering the two. It seems Talonclaw had just catch prey for the Clan. "I'm gonna go check a little ways off by myself for more herbs.
