Thieves in action

When Tiny reached the MountainClan camp,he entered it quietly,hoping no one would see him.He crept to the fresh-kill pile,and took a few pieces of prey.Then,as he ran out of the camp,he spotted Thorn's prey,and picked it up.Then,he broke into a run and headed for the DarkClan camp.

Tiny ran back to where Thorn was."Here's all the prey.",he said,putting down the fresh-kill in his mouth

_{Moonkit swallowed. If she turned back now, she could... No! She had to stay with Softkit. "I... I'll go," She mewed quietly. Dashing up to the tom, she followed pace with him as best as she could manage with her tiny paws.}

Thorn nodded briskly to Moonkit, snorted at Softkit, and glared at Tiny. "Not here, fool. Take ALL of it back to our camp. As much as you can carry. Hurry, we've no time to waste." He nudged Moonkit with his paw, picking up the pace as he slid, rather than ran, down to the mountain's base. His paws, though sore, kept up a brisk pace, although he made sure that Moonkit could keep up.

_{The gray kit tared at the moon with wide eyes. It was slowly sinking. Sunrise would arrive soon. Maybe we both still have a chance, Moonkit thought optomistically.}

Now on the softer grass of the firm ground, Thorn gave Moonkit another nudge and set off towards the DarkClan camp. ((I'm gonna start posting there now.))

"Let's go." Tiny said before picking up the prey again.

Moonkit stared at Softkit as she hurried along. Shocked silence was layed own until she said mortifiedly, "How can you say that? StarClan didn't take them. If anything, StarClan welcomed them when they were taken by someone else!" She was practically shouting by the end of her sentence. She always saw StarClan at night, but she didn't know that was anything different than other cats. They talked to her, sometimes, and her best friend there was Hollykit. But Moonkit wanted, more than anything else in the world to be a mecidine cat. She stared at her friend, and rage dawned on her. "Softkit, you're nothing but a selfish brat! If you'd see that I'm not the reason your parents are with StarClan, nor anyone else in the Clan, then you'd drop it and leave it alone! You're keeping your own pain alive, you stupid kit! But you're the best friend I've ever had!" Moonkit hadn't meant to slip out the last part, but it was true; her only friends were Swiftkit and Softkit, and Swiftkit was her friend by definition; he was her brother, after all. She didn't so much as falter in her step as she hustled back to DarkClan, hoping with all hopes that they'd be alright until someone could send out a cry for help.</sub>

_{"You are the most immature, selfish cat I've ever met. I can't believe you'd ever say anything like that about StarClan! The watch over us and guide us. They don't control us; we can choose to ignore them and stray off the true path of virtue if we so wish. Cats like that end up..." She trailed off, sorrow stabbing her like a knife. She knew, and she was pretty sure Softkit knew... Her eyes strayed to the dark cat leading them astray. She came up right next to softkit and hissed, "I care. I care if you're taken, though I'll bet you wouldn't give mouse bile about anyone else. That's exactly how selfish you are. I hope they kill you." She wanted to turn and run, but knowing that now she couldn't, she walked proudly, head up and eyes blazing with the fire of StarClan; the stars reflected on her eyes.}
